Special A 18 * SA Host Club???

 

Well… episode 17 hasn’t been subbed yet so I haven’t seen it yet, but after Hinano mentioned in her episode 18 post that this is a Tadashi and Akira-centered episode, I decided to pick it up raw and watch it because after the liking Tadashi in that date episode and all out loving him in that Yui episode, I can not longer resist because he is so friggin’ mine! Well, actually issa-sa expressed her Tadashi love before dropping the show and lurking blogs that write about Special A waiting for another Tadashi-centered episode.

Anyway, SA Host Club doesn’t hold a candle to the one found in Ouran. This would send Renge-chan into a rage for the lack of depth in the characters of the hosts. I mean… they seriously need to attend one of her character formation training sessions. Since they’re all rich, they’ll be able to find one another. I mean, look at the ghastly charas they have for their host club.

 

The Animal Lover

~FAIL. It’s the ladies who have the money, Ryuu. Not the kitties. 

The Glutton

~MAYBE. But that’s only because it’s Tadashi. Hani-sempai, Usa-chan and his cakey buffet works better than bentos. 

Lelouch.

~Awwfuck. Wrong anime… I mean… 

The Tsun-Tsun

~Ehhh… Maybe I prefer Lelouch. Seriously, if it doesn’t involve his relationship with Hikari, I don’t give a shit about this guy.

The Trap

~Um… … …………… C’mon! Impz is way hotter! 

 

The characters-other-than-Tadashi bits weren’t a total waste.. There were moments of yuri… 

 

… yaoi… 

 

…awkwardly lopsided breasts… 

 

..and Bungee Tadashi without the bungee cord. 

 

Anyway, all I understood was Akira has an omiai then started hating Tadashi then slapped him (maybe I should have watched episode 17 too, but it was a Yahiro episode). There was a flashback of Tadashi and Akira as shota and loli overlooking the city.. Tadashi tries to apologize for whatever it was they had an argument about and was beaten silly by Sakura. Tadashi was picked up by Yahiro and had a talk to which Megumi eavesdropped on – by the way, Megumi talked…well, in her head. When they were celebrating the end of the festival, Akira apologized to Tadashi only to be taken away on his bike to the (same?) spot where they looked at the city lights as children where he found out that Akira was in love with him. And from the looks of it, he’s been in love with her since they were children. 

And so, they two are now a couple. I think. I watched the raw – I only understood half of it. 

 

But you know what made the episode so worth it??? Flashback scenes with shota-Tadashi! Adorable :3 ~WIN.
