The waifu is not happy.

.

Misaki still has problem with his ankle and Usami has been taking “extra” care of him since, which he sees as a form of oppression because he even got restricted from helping out with the school festival. The primary reason for Usami’s objections to Misaki’s activities in school is because he hangs out a lot with Sumi-senpai, who has been the only guy who was willing to hang out with Misaki at the time when Misaki was being isolated when he was thought to be relate to Usami (first season).

Men should never randomly hug reluctant, nervous ukes.

.

Usami argues that it’s because Misaki is too easy to fall for “unseemly” intentions of others – just like with Usami’s brother so he may have had a point about Sumi.

Since he has been injured from falling off the window, Usami ensures Misaki’s welfare as to not aggravate his sprained ankle so he just throws him randomly inside the car.

.

Anyway, Misaki was not deterred off his commitments with the onsen-research club’s activity and went to the school festival to help out with the club’s haunted house. He never told Usami because he would just stop him so he just left him a note that he won’t be coming home til late.

I actually think that the chances of Misaki being molested increases if Usami bother passing by the university for the festival.

.

Anyway, Misaki went home to hang out at Sumi’s house where he fell asleep when Usami called his phone. Sumi answered the phone and dared him to find his father’s house (who’s also some kind of acclaimed writer and a senpai of Usami’s). Or else who knows what will happen to Misaki.

Oh really??? What about Usami’s other books???

.

Well, Usami manages to find his house where he was propositioned by Sumi. Apparently, it was Usami who Sumi was after and not Misaki. Sumi taunted him that what he was doing was just the same way Usami got Misaki so if that happened, it would pretty much the same thing. Misaki woke up from sleep next door and overheard everything. Misaki even wondered why Usami is not making a move to get away from Sumi. He burst into the door and Sumi said that he should just give Usami to him and that would solve all his problems since he would always complain about Usami’s oppression.

Oh now there he really dug his own grave. No misunderstanding about it all.

.

But Misaki said that Usami was his. And with that, Usami got over his stupor and yeah.. regained his confidence as seme and asked Misaki to go back with him. After that, they got back to the apartment. Commence buttsecks… ot not. Misaki was still dressed when morning came. After that, Sumi just behaves normally towards him and Misaki realizes, during a BL brainstorm session, that if Sumi and Usami ended up together, Usami would be the uke.

Ooh… grave threats in my pure-hearted yaoi love anime.

.

Ahahahaha.. Misaki. For a dude who is in constant denial about of sexuality, he sure as hell thinks about dudes a lot – Usami, Usami-ani and Sumi. Isn’t that a telltale sign already??? The episode is nice enough, but moar of the other characters please! To be honest, the only thing that kept this episode from being totally boring would be the fact that the third party of this love triangle is after Usami and not Misaki. I still consider myself somewhat of a n00b when it comes to the yaoi genre so I wonder if it’s actually possible for the seme to become the uke…. I’m just wondering.

I also started to realize that there are no straight men in this series. EVERYONE’s gay! Sumi, Usami’s older brother, Usami’s publisher… The only one who’s not gay is a fujoshi, who would probably scare the straight dudes away! I know it’s yaoi, but… seriously, don’t they have any straight friends??? Yes, I realize that Misaki’s brother is straight but he’s hardly worth mentioning because he only appears sporadically in the series.

I am seriously getting weirded out with the pacing here. Romantica’s jumping way ahead in the timeline. Egoist is still in the earlier Chapters. And Terrorist only had several chapters turned into the anime under it’s belt. I really miss the Terrorist couple. More specifically, I really miss Miyagi’s character, who is just too funny and great to see – could it be that what I thought that because Shinobu’s still underaged (i.e. in high school) that maybe it’s restricted from broadcast ;A; That would be… so sad!

interesting that semes and ukes are also reversible… like jackets. ^^ i should look for more yaoi shows but i can’t get motivated to pick anything up.
